Fèis Ìle 2025
Fèis Ìle 2024 was a resounding success and we loved celebrating the heritage of Islay through our variety of events. From lively festivals to an enchanting evenings of music we had a fantastic time celebrating with you all.
Now we are gearing up for another fantastic year, promising even more fun and a plethora of drams! We are excited to return to Fèis Ìle with an impressive lineup of events for you to enjoy. See below for details on all events.
Mac-Talla Islay Single Malt Whisky Journey of Taste Walk
Join us on a guided walk along Islay’s coast with 5 accompanying drams influenced by the Landscape.
Mac-Talla Brand Ambassador, Thomas Cuthbert and knowledgeable local tour guide Dougie McTaggart will be hosting this guided walk along the scenic coastal surroundings of Port Ellen, with accompanying whiskies.
We'll enjoy 5 distinctly different Islay Single Malts, including official Mac-Talla Friends of Fèis 2025 Limited Edition, while learning about how the location and landscape of the Island influences the whisky produced there. Each Mac-Talla bottling takes inspiration from specific landscapes across Islay.
Your ticket price also includes a complimentary Mac-Talla glass.

Indie Whisky Festival
The Indie Whisky Festival is back this year with lots of exciting indie bottlers!
Hosted by Dramfool it’s an event that’s not to be missed! We will be going along and showcasing our core range, alongside our more limited releases and of course our 2025 festival bottling!
Join us in the second session, where Brand Ambassador, Thomas Cuthbert will be leading a masterclass for those seeking a more in depth and exclusive experience.

Pizza Paired Pours
Join us at Islay’s renowned Peatzeria for an unforgettable tasting experience, with pizza paired pours.
From Italy to Islay, join us as our Brand Ambassador – Thomas showcases six carefully selected drams alongside six complementing pizza slices, blending the rich traditions of Italy and Islay.
Discover the art of pairing as we explore six whiskies, including selections from our core range and limited editions. Each dram will be matched with a pizza slice crafted to complement and enhance its distinct notes.
Each ticket includes a small donation that will go to a local Islay charity, helping to fund the community.
Please note: This event is based on a set menu so we are unable to cater for allergies/intolerances.
We will also be offering the chance for bottle sales at the end of the evening at an exclusive discounted rate.

Islay Sea Adventures with Mac-Talla Islay Single Malt
Islay Sea Adventures and Mac-Talla Islay Whisky have teamed up for a whisky and wildlife tour, taking in the Island’s stunning scenery, paired with delicious whisky!
Brand Manager Lauren, will be on board alongside Islay Sea Adventures, to enlighten guests all about our award winning whisky including our core range products and Official Friends of Fèis 2025 bottling. With whisky in hand, we will pass the three southern distilleries of Islay as well as spectacular scenery and castle ruins rich with history. The crew will be on hand to give you all information on everything we see. We will then head up to the European Special Area of Conservation where we see lots of wildlife. This includes seabirds, seals, deer and even sometimes white-tailed eagles and bottlenose dolphins if we’re lucky.
