These are wines of pure luxury. Amarone della Valpolicella is one of Italy’s most famous wines. A vatting of two 1st fill Amarone wine casks married together after 24 months. The result is a whisky with velvety red fruit and beautiful tannins complementing its maritime character.

TASTE: Velvety dark chocolate coats the tongue, followed by juicy stone fruit sweetness. As the flavors unfold, waves of warming peat emerge, building to a long, lingering finish..
COLOUR: Burnt plum
NOSE: Ripe stone fruits, with hints of apricot and peach, intertwined with deep cocoa richness. A subtle wisp of peat smoke lingers in the background.
