This TROPICAL & JUICY whisky has been matured in rum casks from Cruzan Rum Distillery for over 5 years after initially developing in hogsheads for a period of 10 years.

This HEAVILY PEATED Islay single malt was entirely aged in Oloroso sherry butts from the south-west of Spain. The result, big and bold flavours with robust notes of peat smoke, baking spices and almonds.

NOSE: Peat smoke, phenols and spice.
TASTE: Warm spice, rich dark fruits & a big dollop of peat. Brown sugar and baking spices reminiscent of Christmas with a peat fire burning in the background.

TWENTY-SIX EXCEPTIONAL, HAND-SELECTED CASKS of Islay Single Malt, with the influence of PX Sherry, bringing a rich, fruity sweetness, as well as structure and depth to this smoky Islay malt.

TWENTY-FOUR HANDPICKED OAK CASKS were previously home to prestigious wines, marrying Islay’s untamed smoky nature with the refined fruitiness and opulence of Bordeaux wines.
