NOSE: A maritime character with hints of fruit cake and treacle
TASTE: Layers of dates, raisins and sultanas, mingle with hints of vibrant orange peel and marmalade. Spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves add depth, with the presence of coastal peat-smoke throughout.
